Refund policy

We hope you don’t have to look into this section too often because we would hate to know that we disappointed you in some way.

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at wecare@neesh.in with the subject line 'Replacements and Refunds' and we will get back to you.

We will initiate the refund or replacement process after the products are received by us and do not breach the return and replacement terms that are mentioned below. 

All Replacements & Refunds are considered only within 7 days after date of delivery

Return and replacement terms - 

1) Returns and replacements are only valid for 100ml perfumes. 

2) In order to avoid scams, we will not replace/return the perfume bottles that have less than 97ml perfume in the bottle. (Those who want to return will never use so much, right?) 

3) The box and the bottle should be free from scratches, damages and any other kind of wear and tear. 

4) Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the products and inspect them for the perfume level in the bottle or any possible wear and tear. 

5) Returns and refunds are to take away the risk factor from the buyer when he/she blind buys our perfumes. However, if someone has already bought a perfume sample from the website and opts for a bigger bottle of the same fragrance after inspecting the scent profile, he/she will not be allowed to avail 7 days no-questions-asked money back guarantee. 

How to initiate refund/replacement?

This process can be done via a few simple steps:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via phone (+91 7206277777) or email (wecare@neesh.in) within 7 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order.

Step3: You will then be required to ship the products to our warehouse within 7 days of your request and also provide the tracking details for the same.

In case of return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through debit/credit cards or net banking , the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
