We hope you don’t have to look into this section too often because we would hate to know that we disappointed you in some way.
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at email@example.com with the subject line 'Replacements and Refunds' and we will get back to you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process after the products are received by us unused and in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact. Refund will be provided for product cost only.
All Replacements & Refunds are considered only within 15 days after date of delivery.
How to initiate refund/replacement?
This process can be done via a few simple steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via phone (+91 7206277777) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 15 days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order.
Step3: You will then be required to ship the products to our warehouse within 7 days of your request and also provide the tracking details for the same.
In case of return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through debit/credit cards or net banking , the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
